...they get warm in the morning is to...poop!!If you are keeping your baby ig in your hands and he/she suddenly shows disconfort and wants to go down probably its because he/she wants to poop.
If you dont want this to happen while you are handling your ig its better to put he/she back to the cage or on another safe place!!!!

:...and your hand was warm!!!I start handling my baby ig the 1st day she arrived home!!You can do the same!But please, be very gentle and slow because they are like birds, very easy to scare and -as they have very good memory-very difficult to forget you once scared them!!!

:#################################################################:I was told that for the first few weeks, my baby iggie would be shy, and that I should avoid handling, but this morning when I fed him, he crawled onto my hand the minute I set his dish down and wouldnt crawl off. He seems social, is it okay to handle him as long as he is comfortable?
