Living in Michigan there is no way I can keep my iguanas, Green or Cyclura, outdoors in the winter. I know you've gotten some ideas from the Cyclura peeps..how cold does it actually get in the winter in Phoenix? Depending on your low temps I suppose you could apply the same principles but for an arboreal lizard (a well heated large hide box located up off the ground). I would imagine the entire enclosure would have to be covered somehow in windy colder weather.
