In Reply to: havnt thot of blending it. thx very much! il try it now! posted by matthew on September 17, 2002 at 20:27:34:

::Blend all your greens up in a belnder using some water, and use a spaghettie strainer to get the excess water out, Also blend in some butternut squash and some cantaloupe. The cantaloupe smell might get him eating, and also mine loves butternutsquash, and sicne its all blended up hes getting it all not just the fruit and squash. Thats what i did with my rescue and now hes eating whole greens, and all of it, and all the time. For taming, just go where he is be it a room, or a cage, and just pet him. even if he puffs up and whatnot keep petting him so he knows you wont hurt him and hell eventually warm up, also when you get him eating, hand feed him his food sometimes, thats a good bonding method i think.
