Next thing, I was working on Edgar's enclosure plans, and decided to fire up the old powersun mercury vapor bulb just for sh!tz and giggles. I must say, THOSE THINGS ROCK, despite what I've heard about them. I had that thing out and rollin', and I placed my hand under it. I tell you what, you can feel the UV coming off that bad boy, it's not like sticking your hand under a hot incandescent, it's like sticking your hand over cement on a nice sunny day!! I dont know how the rest of you guys had mercury leakage trouble, considering it contains mercury VAPOUR, not the liquid kind like in a thermometer(AND DONT GET ME WRONG-Im not here to point fingers or start accusations). Anyways, I don't expect to get away without having problems with it. I'm waiting for that thing to start shorting out on me. Until then, I'll keep you guys posted about Edgar!!!
