:are you copy and paste-ing while you are signed in? sign out of your account and go to your album, just like a visitor would see it. Then copy + paste the URL ^.~

also.. are you sure that you're getting the right URL? right click on the picture, and go to 'properties' then copy and paste the URL given. Its not the URL that shows up for the page that the picture is on. make sure the URL ends in a .jpg .jpeg or .gif
