:1. What brands have you used? I use Active UV. It has been working great, but it flickers sometimes when i first turn it on. Not flicker, per say... it kind of makes a click sound and changes the intensity of its light. Kind of light the turn-dial lights where you could control the brightness.
:2. Did you use a thicker, well insulated extension cord with this light? the fixture has a thick-ish cord, I don't use an extension cord.
:3. Does your light fixture containing this bulb have a UL sticker on it and contain ventilation holes in the top? I think it does... I'd have to check
:4. If you've had more than one, how many broke or gave out early? Have they cut off when they are too hot? haven't cut out that i've noticed, but it has flickered to lower light when its cool (just turned on).
:5. What kind of UV sauce did you use before the MV lights? Five Brothers..... lol, I used reptisun 5.0 ^.~
:6. Did you notice improvement in your animal? How so? Tarzan seemed to be more alert, had an increase in appetite, and had a pretty big growth spurt
:7. If you are a vendor that sells these bulbs...do you get a lot of complaints or returns compared to your other UV lights? N/A
