: Ok IZ's mom ...here ya go... for the USDA database link : www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl : you can click on information & click on nutrient data file then any subject: fruits/legumes/vegetables etc you want to research .... or you can just plug in the name of what you're trying to research & ta da! sometimes spits it back out tho then ya just rearrange your request ex. grapes nothing...then try thompsons seedless grapes : There has been a few items Ive researched and have not gotten any information on em.....hope this helps. : As far as pagan ritualistic dances...lol I still do em..lol just not with as much fervor as I once did! : Gina, Juana & Feo
