people will see that link. I mean, we can send them there, but I doubt people will see the visible link before posting (otherwise they'd probably use the search option).
We made a FAQ section for the tree frog forum (a nice girl spent a lot of time emailing all of us to get answers and questions) and set up a nice page, but no one went. Of course it saved everyone a lot of time by just referring people to that page instead of repeating the same questions over and over again. :)
I'm sorry, I don't mean to poo poo the idea, it would be very very helpful (to me too), I just don't think it will stop people from posting beginner questions (even if that same question is 2 threads down). :)
