Well you can mix and match your veggie types...there's no right way or wrong way. If he enjoys eating them whole, why not? Just be careful not to make them too large. Feed him as much as he'll eat. For a reference, Sleestack eats 2 medium dog bowls of veggies from 7:30am-12pm (he's usually finished by then) And, he gets another bowl full for dinner. The 2 bowls hang in his cage. Sometimes he actually eats 4 bowls full. A good way to judge is to feed so much he has a bit left over. Then you know he had all he wanted!
