They don't look like any collards I have ever seen. And they don't look very fresh either. Just from what I see in the picture I would guess they are the greens from beets. The stalks all grow out from a single area and are a little purple on the ends. And if I remember right beet greens are not good for Igs. IMO if in doubt throw them out.
