Well, IM positive he has had MBD. I know thats what happens to their jaws sometimes. They say that he is healthy, and Im takin their word on it. It's ok if he doesn't get that big, just as long as he's got the personality, ya know? Ive got a herp vet who is really great here, so I'll get him there asap...thanx for the comments and the heads up, I still think I'm gonna go for him though!

:I know that people here dont like what I am going to say but why dont you buy a captive bred baby iguana??!!I become very sad when I read messages from people that adopted an rescue and lost it a few weeks or months later because the apparently healthy ig was already very sick.The lost of a pet is very hard to an adult to bear but its EVEN WORSE FOR A CHILD OR FOR A TEEN AGER!!

::HEHEHE! Here are some pictures that Colorado Reptile Rescue sent me of Edgar, my "possible" adoption. I say possible because it isn't yet official, I have to send in my application and adoption fees. I WANT HIM!! The only problem is that he is out in Colorado, and I am here, in Maryland. Does anyone have information on shipping-not just costs, but which freight is the safest?? Anything really...Or I endure a 12 hour plane ride, a loss of 300 dollars and X amount of dollars for a hotel to go out there and pick him up...which doesn't really sound that bad, but I guess it would be the same as shipping...I dunno. Well enough jibba jabba, heres the good stuff:

::SO WHAT DO YA GUYS THINK!?? I LOVE THE FACT HE HASN'T MUCH COLOUR! He almost looks like an albino! From what I understand, he is a fantastic public iggy, though I don't intend on taking him into the public. He's about 10" snout-vent, 29" snout to tail, about 2 years old. He's a pretty medium guy, which is kuul, cuz it makes it worthwhile to watch him grow up to be a big bad monster LOL!! THANX FER LOOKING GUYS!!
