That's a tough one. I guess it would be like having two kids...you can't really pick one! I love something about each species. Iguanas are my first love, but they are also so much more difficult. My beardie is sweeter, but he brumates(hibernates) for half the year practically which means I miss having him around! Maybe this will answer the question better: One day I will have another bearded dragon. I don't know that I will ever take in another iguana (although it's hard to imagine life without one). I would miss not having an iguana, but I could probably care for several other lizards easier than keeping one iguana. Who knows what the future will bring?
