If you decided to adopt an iguana please take it before to a good vet to check if he or she is healthy. The worst thing that can happen to a new owner is to fall in love with an ig and discover a few weeks or a few months later that the ig is very sick and will die soon.
This is the photo of my sunny cage where I keep my igs during the day.
My igs like greens, vegetables and rice. They like very much kang kong but they also eat collard greens, green cabbage, beet root (sp??), escarole ,peas, water cress, endives, pumpkin and sweet potato.
