I've known some iguanas who loved pizza (usually saw those with all kinds of health problems when I was vet teching), but that doesn't necessarily mean it's good for them.
I think you'll get a resounding answer of "NO" from this board. Iguanas may eat some insects in the wild, but when they are in captivity it's hard enough to keep them healthy without adding "iffy" food items. Will it hurt to feed them? Maybe. Will it help? Probably not over the long term, so why do it? Aside from these issues, wax worms are pretty fattening and are not something igs digest well.
