They will eat less when getting used to new surroundings. How old do you think he is? If he is entering his first breeding season, this can cause an appetite decrease. Sometimes shedding makes them go off food a bit, but Sleestack DOES NOT lose his appetite when shedding that's for sure!
The only other thing I would suggest if his appetite doesn't improve, is that you take a fresh stool sample to the vet. Loss of appetite often can mean he has some worms/parasites. Iguanas of all ages should be pretty voracious eaters.
