: I recent bought a handy dandy 2-speed super food chopper. I brought it home and immediately tried out putting the greens through it. Within minutes the whole collard and mustard greens were in little pieces. Couldn't believe that I have waited so long to get this. The kids and me would form an assembly line. I would hand chop all the greens and they would use the hand held graters for the carrots, parsnips and squash.
: The kids aren't as excited as I am as soon as they found out this wiz of a machine doesn't grate. They were even less impressed when I told them that grating builds character. hehehe. I had to explain that I already have character. hehehe
: Anyway, if anyone is still hand chopping everything you need to get one of these gadgets. They only costs about $20. It was just so exciting that I had to share.
: Chopped double peach hibiscus' for everyone!!
