I wouldn't worm him before taking a fresh stool sample to the vet. Meds can be hard on an animal over time plus I always worry about the parasites building up resistence if they are overused... no point it using them if you don't have to.

I'm glad you are all settling in to your new place. Hope your chams get well soon.
