I did go to the show...and tried not to look at the iguanas as some were sold...2 for $10 (awful!) And when I passed another iguana booth, the guy was telling a kid to feed them romaine lettuce with calcium powder! (ugggggghhh) This iguana depicted here looks way too thin and her spine looks curved from this angle (possible MBD). Another horrible thing I saw were these supercute honed lizards. Some were dying in the tank and they were selling for $18. It was so sad and they were just the most adorable lizards (but can only eat a specific kind of ant!...which the seller didn't even have or didn't have any information how to get!) It is a real shame that they sell these animals to their death to make a quick buck. I bet you anything they weren't captive bred.
