Well I readjusted my window coverings for Roxys cage. I now have a DARK green sheet covering two of her windows, leaving only a small one open for her to see out into the room/house. I am also putting her food on shelf.
So far, no more "freak outs" and she accepted some petting. I tried to coax her into coming down to the ground for a swim in her tub, and maybe a poop but forget it!
So basically right now, she is not throwing fits this week so far, but refuses to touch ground still, even to come out of cage. Hopefully the sheet is helping calm her down.
