Roughly 6'x6'x3' GB but bigger is better in this case. If you can build bigger do it - in fact, if you have an entire room to dedicate to the ig build an enclosure in it for now to keep track of the little guy/gal and as s/he grows into the space you'll be able to allow it to free-roam within the room (ig proofed of course). If you don't have a room to dedicate you may as well start planning on this new enclosure being the one that the ig will be in for it's adult life. If you have the room now, you may as well build the max enclosure that you will be able to build. No sense spending money 2 or 3 times simply to "upgrade" an enclosure. Building ig enclosures is all about spending money WISELY as opposed to cheaply. Spend the money and build a proper enclosure the first time and you most likely will never have to build another one.
