:Last winter an ice storm of epic proportions came thru Oklahoma and knocked out power some places for weeks. We were among the lucky ones as we only lost it for a couple of days. Our power would go off and come back on every so often. Finally went off and stayed off. We went on to bed thinking it would be back on soon. WRONG! Next morning we woke up and it was in the low 50's in the apartment. Talk about a wakeup call! We threw on sweats and started grabbing all the snakes and the Ig and put them inside our shirts. Darn good thing my lady loves reptiles too. I put Zok inside my sweatshirt to warm him up. All the herps felt cold as ice. What a way to start the morning right out of a nice warm bed and pressing ice cold snakes and lizards against the previously nice warm bodies. Well the first thing that Igs do in the morning when they warm up is ...you guessed it,...and right on my stomach too! Now is that dedication or what!
