Xta, yes, I know that wasn't a very good diet for that day. But it's all I had to offer them as I hadn't gone shopping the day before. Trust me, they get much better food than that one day lol. Should just start my own garden?? Cheaper I think then going to Win-Dixie.

That is really not the best mix...romaine isn't very nutritious and the others aren't anything I would feed as staples. You say you change your diet frequently, so that is good-- hopefully some calcium rich leafy greens in there (like collard, mustard, turnip, dandelion, watercress, endive, escarole)
