Every day I choose a 2-3 of these greens: collard, mustard, turnip greens, dandelion, watercress, endive, escarole, hibiscus leaves.
I mix in a few of the following: various squash, zuchinni, green beans, snow peas.
Sometimes (infrequently) I'll add some odds and ends I have in the fridge like green onions, brocolli, cauliflower, etc.
I add a little bit of one fruit: mango, melon, papaya, berries. 2nd choice fruit(not as healthy) would be a little pear, apple, grapes.
As a treat I'll either give fruit or some kind of bread, muffin, pancake (he's a sucker for this type of food). I give maybe 1 bite of this every couple days or a couple times per week.
