Zok gets a basic mix of collard, mustard, and turnip greens daily. Each time I prepare the mix I add different veggies. Right now its got grated zucchini and sweet potato. It is supplemented with a concoction of my own using frozen veggies, fruits and alfalfa pellets. He also gets treats of whatever veggie we happen to be having for dinner such as carrot, okra, green beans etc.
