Hi!
Thanks for the suggestions Mr D and XTA.
I am thinking about moving her cage. At this point thats the only thing left.
I would do something for the boredom, but I don't think she is bored...the room is fairly empty, but she has a personal fish tank I built into a slot in her enclosure behind plexiglass. Roxy is actually obsessed with fish, and also has an indoor pond in front of her cage she used to stare at. When she used to be normal a favorite activity was going around the house and checking out all the tanks one by one :)
Hopefully moving her cage will help.
If not what are my options? My roomates said this jokingly but it has turned into my only idea left: making her a "padded" cage. :( I am afriad she will break her legs or back soon.

P.S. and yeah no medical issue so far aside from her massive weight loss. Roxy goes to the vet every year twice, this year more than normal because of this but so far o.k. all test been perfecto like always *sigh*
