Green Beans v.s Yellow and Snow Peas v.s Snap Peas

Hi Everyone!!

First of all, what's the difference between snap peas and snow peas? I've fed Myka both, and I can't see any difference in their appearance. Is one better than the other as far as nutritional value goes?

Is there any difference in nutrition in green and yellow beans? On the "Iguana Spot" diet it specifically lists green beans...but why not yellow? Is there something not good in them?

I'm getting all this food from my garden, which is a lot of fun! Thanks for your help! Wendy :)
