: hey guys!! I'm probably the newest iguana mama
here. I have to say that I have seen a profound
difference in my baby's behaviour during the day
when the kids are gone and the house is nice and
quiet and...in the early evening hours when its so
noisy around here...I tried to take the baby out
last night at around 7pm and it tried to bite my
shirt twice!! But when I took it out today with
the house quiet, it settled down and was a
sweetie. So, in conclusion, am I right to assume
the best time for taming is during the QUIETEST
time of day?? DUH! Any thoughts on this???
I always put one of our old t-shirts in the cage with our new babies. It helps them get use to your scent. Then I where another t-shirt for a day or two while holding my baby, then they have their scent n you.I don't use any perfumes when first taming a baby either. My babies always lied to be held and rocked too.If Cirsis is upset, all I have to do is rock and whisper to her any she calms right down.It really works for us.Welcome to the greatest group on line. They'll all help you anyway possible at anytime. We alo want and like photos and poop stories here.
Sneezes and hibiscus flowers to you both
