I would get it checked by a QUALIFIED HERP vet...many times these things spread. It could be bacterial, viral, or fungal. One of my igs had some bumps on his tail when I rescued him. It took 3 weeks of antibiotic injections to stop it from spreading. You can attempt to put antifungal cream on one bump and antibiotic on another and see which one if any goes away. This may take awhile though and doesn't test for viral infections. It is best to go to a vet...could be an indication of a bigger problem anyway. Keep us posted.
