No... he definitely looks like an adult male with those jowels and the head fat! Some igs are just smaller I think. Sometimes it is because of improper care when young, but sometimes I just think it is genetics (people are different sizes too!)
Sleestack is not as big as your big boy. He's no shrimp and I have high hopes that he is going to have a record growth rate this year, but he is still smaller than some that are younger than him. He has a lot in common with Woodstock as far as physical traits and some markings. They are probably from the same region-- common genetics.
