Still is a little. Try putting some vines in there that Sebastian can hang onto.
Large pieces of bark, of course treated, placed where he can manouver around a little better.
Probably will take him a while to adjust to a new cage, did with Lizzy. I tried to make like stepping stones kind of thing for Lizzy to get her used to such a bigger cage and so she was able to get from top to bottom with ease.
