Well that's a toughie becaue I've seen igs that look like yours that I swore were female...and they turned out to be male! The jowels are a little puffy, but not much and there isn't much for bumps on the head. If you can get her to sit on the scanner so you can scan her underside...or take a photo, the femoral pores may tell the whole story. Basically if you get eggs or seminal plugs you'll know for sure!
