My iguana Claw had some problems with swollen toes and feet. It turned out when I took her to the vet that she didn't have any serious problems, just basically stubbed her toe. In any case, if the toes look really bad you should go to the vet ASAP. If they are just swollen, you can try limiting the igs activities so the toes can heal up. My vet says reptiles can take a couple of weeks to heal up simple injuries. If the swelling doesn't seem better in a few days (a week at the most), take the ig to the vet.
