Dont worry half the time I cant even find anything in my bookmarks. I have hundreds on hundreds of different topics.
True I dont like getting alot of info on iguana sites, but the sugar in carrots from the nutritional facts are usualy based on 1 cup of carrots have 4-5 grams of sugar, where we feed our iguanas a couple of slices. Where a slice may only have .25 grams of sugar(not an accurate reading, soley for example purposes). Also there are alot of other things we feed our reptiles that are higher in sugar such as apples. I use carrots because of the beta-caratene.

:i always used them as a "sometimes" thing for iZ's diet cuz of the C:Ph ratio anyway ...
:but in researching good vegies for the new rabbit additions to the family, i ran into the "high in sugar" info ... since both ig + buns are herbivores and have a hindgut/cecum digestive system, i figure the info is also relevent to igs ... ??)
:but i'll keep looking for my original source of info ... (i know you'd like it PE cuz it was NOT "your typical ig link"!!! *grin*)

:and i pretty much do like xta does ~ read read read everything i can find ~ have discussions/debates with people ~ and then try to make my own educated decision ...
