I dont know either...But I am not too much worried about that, because my igs have 12 hours of direct sunlight every day so they take all the calcium they need from the sunlight!!
But what is funny is that they PREFER the "good food"as Kan Kong, water cress and collard greens!The only exception is kale...They love kale but it seems kale is not very good for them!!

:I think he's pretty cute too. :-) That's bok choy he's eating there. I've given Lizard beet greens, but never the beet itself... Are they good for igs? I don't know the nutritional information on them.
