:Ive had boris since labor day 2001, hes a rescue ig. He free roams in the bathroom, eats collard, escarole, endive, green beans, butternut squash all blended togetehr very day, and has high humidity, and a uvb heat bulb which he likes to bask under. Recently though maybe up to a month ago, hes been shedding like crazy, he starts at his front legs and head, then his back legs, then his body, but as soon as he finishes, the nex day his head gets whitish color along with his legs, and voila the shedding process has begun again. Hes 33 inches, 30 when i got him in septemeber, is he maybe going through a growth spurt? thatd be nice, hes a lil small, i think his growth was stunted, or is it naturqal for iguanas to continuously shed their skin.
