White head??

Thorn, one of my igs (2 and a half years old, male)hates to take a bath!!Two days ago I put him in the bathtub, he panics a little bit and suddenly his head became completely white.I thought he was dying so I took him out of the water, wrapped him with a towel, kissed, talked with him in a gentle voice, lots of wwwwuwuu, etc.. and I put him back in his cage.It took him a few minutes to become green again.What happened to him??The water was not too hot because nothing happened with T-REX who was in the water with Thorn.
