:In bright light such as natural sunlight and fluorescent light Zephyrs white spots are ringed with a gorgeous sky blue. Also, Blue Tegus don't usually show their full color until they are 2 years old or older. Zephyr is still a youngster. Here's a still younger Blue Tegu. Imagine this...when they hatch they're green!!
