In every store there is good greens here.
Monster really loves dandelion greens and also endive but I treat him with those and he eats lots of mustard.
I have found one trick for me that works good is if you take and hand shred the mustard greens and put them in like a big rubbermaid salad bowl with a tight lid and sprinkle a little water in it that they keep longer. Plus the extra water on it keeps your Ig more hydrated.
I had and idea but wouldn't have a clue if it would work. Since some of you puree there food, I wonder if you could dehydrate then rehydrate if it keeps the same nutrients or values. Just a point to ponder.
