Ok, this sounds (and looks) really goofy, but it works!
Open your mouth wide back at him and stick your tongue out, while holding him so that you are higher than him. (usually at this point the ig will take a double-take, look slightly confused and lose his confidence.) If he tries to bite, gently slide a thumb under his neck and a finger on top of his nose and slowly and gently shut his mouth. If you do this everytime he pulls his act, it should stop in a few weeks. Just dont let him think that you are scared or intimidated with his act.
Careful if youre doing this to big igs, they might think that you are challenging them and get angrier.
Soemone else may be able to give you some other (and better) pointers, especially if you are uncomfortable doing this.
