:Yes, I know what a bad diet that is! But I'm scared that Myka will starve *tired smiles* if I don't let her have any of it for her first little while here!! I live in a very rural area, but our small local grocery store was willing to order in collard greens for me, but I won't have them until tomorrow, and the only other green there was around was Romaine lettuce, which is what she has been eating. I also managed to find some cilantro, but she won't eat it. I really want her on the iguana spot diet as soon as possible.
:Is it time for 'tough love'? As in she will eat when she gets hungry enough if I provide the food? I didn't give her hardly any banana today, so all she ate was a few bits of mango. I've already got green beans, snow peas and butternut squash. Plus I have TONS of dandelion greens at my disposal that haven't been touched with any chemical whatsoever. She wouldn't eat those either.
:I plan on letting her out each day for a while so that she can roam around, because she really does like to do that and I know how hard it must be for her to be in a cage after three years of free roaming.
:So...time for tough love? Thanks! Wendy :)
