A Malaysian VET!!Animal protein issue.

: Finally I found a Malaysian vet that speaks English!!I called him and he came over to my house yesterday to check on my iguanas and my husbandry.He was pleased and surprised how fat and big my iguanas were and reassured me that Shena is not as big as the other because she is a female.He agreed also that GODZILLA, T-REX and THORN are males and SHENA is a female.He was soooo sweet he even told me that:"I came to your house to teach you how to take care of your igs and now I see I can learn from you!"(Thanks to you guys from this FORUM and thanks to Melissa Kaplan's book also!!!). : About protein he said animal protein is very bad for igs because it doesnt have the adequate calcium and phosphorus levels.It seems he is much more concerned with MBD than with kidney failure due to excessive protein.He was very happy also when he saw T-REx peeing like a cow!!He flashed a big smile and said:"Good kidneys!! : Thanks again, fellow herpers!!! : Flavia
