If I was you...ace the top bunk mattress and put in some plywood, cover it with a towel or something non-flamable or atlest something she can feel comfortable on. Basically where ever it knows its food source and heat it will goto to get that. You can hang the lights for the beam in the ceiling since its the strongest point. As far as crapping...dont depend on it crapping where she hangs out, maybe as a baby she will be ok going where she hangs and eats, but eventually she will be more comfortable hanging in a clean area and letting you sleep in crap.
Oh, yeah dont leave no little toys around for the iguana to eat.
