There are a number of problems with what you are planning. First free roaming igs are not going to be comfortable in the typically air connditioned bedroom. Iguanas go for height so the top bunk is where he'll end up. You would need 2 non-flammable mattresses. Putting your heat source under the top bunk will cause the top mattress to heat up since heat rises. Do you really want to spend a hot summer nite on a mattress that is 100 degrees. And putting a "pen" around the bed will not work unless it has a top since the ig will either climb the walls or climb the bed and make a leap over the top.
