I live in a small town in Texas (Denton), and the Kroger here FINALLY expanded and started stocking more greens than just collards and mustard. So I go in to buy some escarole yesterday and, having never seen escarole because they've never had it anywhere in the city before, purchase something labeled escarole that I'm beginning to think is just a misnamed head of Boston lettuce. Can someone post a picture of some escarole (and endive, while we're at it) so that I can either start feeding it to Phil or go back to the store and complain? Thanks for humoring me,
