cherry tums crushed up! Your igs might like this better as it is sweeter and pure human-quality calcium (rather than pet quality which I doubt is tested by the FDA). Anyway, I still use some of my Rep-Cal calcium because I already had it, but I use my fruity tums on occasion too. If you have a proper diet with calcium rich greens, you don't really need too much calcium supplementation. You can tell for sure if your ig is getting enough calcium by getting a blood test.
