I dont remember how much I payed for the whole thing.
It was a project I did with a friend, so he helped out a bit.
It has been years since I had my last iguana, the setup I had it in was an 8x8x8 cage, with most of the materials bought at Home Depot.
The cage was made of rubber coated wire mesh (plastic is fine too). Flooring was astro turf cut in tiles. Lighting n decors at pet stores or 'arts n crafts'.
I dont remember the final cost, but it was less than $500, possibly b/w $300-$400.
Of course, that depends on the individual and cage size.
A 6x6x5 may cost u less. It all depends how creative u get.
Sorry for not comng up with solid figures.
Keep asking around to find out more info's.
If u are good with tools, u can save a lot of money, and create a truly great enclosure.
Im sure there must be a commercialy available cage out there with proper size and affordable prices.
Keep us posted!
Regards,
IJ
