How much "ripped out?"

Completely separated from the body??If it is not completely separated from the limb, if it still has a little bit of skin connecting the claw to the limb you can fix it 100%!!(Dont cut this tiny skin because it brings blood to the claw and keeps it alive!!).
This happened to a baby pigeon we were raising years ago.He almost lost his claw.It was hanging in the air connected by only a tiny piece of skin!!We put everything together by sticking plaster and a few weeks later he was perfect again!!
