I am going to find a new vet, but not entirely because I think this one is so incompetant. Rather than not doing anything about it, he said more just to watch him, see how he's doing and then to come back to see how it had progressed and to see what should be done at that point. I actually did find him through Herp Vet Connection and I don't think the car ride bothers Spike so much, I think he quite likes it sometimes, but I didn't even call around in my own home town first and I think now that I know more about what I would need to ask an vet (in an "interview"), I think I'm going to try something closer (even if not on Herp Vet).

He is in good health, eating well, pooping well, active, good coloration, friendly. :) I'm going to try to find a new vet and I'll keep you posted as to what turns out and see if I can't get those x-rays for you, I was just running really behind that day.
