Most Iguanas dont want to go in water. I doubt your fishtank makes Egor afraid of water. His hanging from a branch while eating...is probably just his laziness. As for bathing and stuff...where gloves or wrap him in a towel and then gently place the iguana in the tub, also you can put your hand over their eyes(dont get bit or towel over their eyes) until they are in the water. As long as your iguana is getting water from veggies and getting sprayed and bathed...I wouldnt be too concerned. Just keep an eye on him and watch for changes in his living.
