If the object hasnt moved and he is crapping fine...then it could be a tumor or psyst(did i spell that right?), or just sit and wait. In reality...if you cant tell in xray...the only other way be to cut it open or have some other tests. You also mentioned about what sex the iguana is, he should know by looking at the xrays(providing the base of the tail was in the xray too). I heard that its one way to check the sex without probing and stuff.
